What IS and what IS NOT working in your life.


It is often easy and part of our human nature to acknowledge what is NOT working in our lives. We habitually judge ourselves, turn our power over to others and allow the mind chatter to cast criticism.


Try the following exercise: (You will need a pen and journal.)

Set time aside when you know you will not be interrupted and ideally in the Peace, Quiet and Wisdom of Nature. (A powerful exercise to do with a friend)


FIRST...

Make a list of everything that is NOT working in your life and do this with COMPASSION and with 'NON-JUDGMENT'. Be the 'observer' – the 'witness' of your life.


About Yourself - Physical, emotional, mental, health and well-being, spiritual, creativity, wisdom, career, prosperity, etc.
About your relationships – with Family, Friends, Co-Workers, Spouse etc.

(If you are doing this with a friend you will both be silently writing your individual lists)

 

Now – if with a friend, one at a time - share this list with each other and notice how this makes you FEEL.

 

If you are doing this exercise on your own, read your list out loud and notice how you FEEL.

 

SECOND...

Both these lists describe aspects of you. Which list felt better?


It may seem clear which list feels better. To 'feel good' about yourself and your life is vital to your Being. Remember...what you focus on Expands. Practice placing your focus on what IS working rather than what is NOT. This will increase and sustain your vital life force energy and increase your creativity. When you are in a place of gratitude for what is, you will automatically attract more of that which you seek.

THIRD...


Now let's have some fun...and create even more of what you desire

 

It is important to USE YOUR IMAGINATION. Imagine... you create and re-inforce a solid foundation with more positive in your life!

As you go over your list of what is NOT working - one at a time... With Love and Compassion...use your imagination... and next to each item of what is NOT working – find a positive aspect of this that will bring it to a higher vibration.

 

There may be times you really need to stretch, but you will eventually find something no matter how small or large.

 

When working with a partner, you can be the 'positive reinforcement' for each other.

 

How does this list now 'FEEL?'


Your 'Feeling' is an electromagnetic energy – a vibration that emits from your body. And because it is electromagnetic it will attract a similar vibration. It is now your choice. Where do you choose to place your focus?


All that you thought and focused on yesterday was simply the preview of what and who you are today. All that you focus on today is a preview of what is to come.
