Time Speeding up!
by Hannelore

Have you noticed time speeding up? I hear this from so many people. I know it myself, as I have experienced this to be so in my life. If you feel that time is speeding up – that is because it really is. We have entered a very profound time in the history of this planet. This is our “wakeup call”!

There are so many shifts occurring in the Universe and on our beloved earth. We are seeing this in many ways, all demonstrating to us the urgency to awaken.

The ancients left volumes, entire texts and drawings to communicate to us the importance of this time and what it means. It was said, “There will be a generation birthed upon this planet that will have a power awakened within them, and in their awakening the world and their bodies will never be the same again – they will be known as “YOU WHO WALK BETWEEN THE WORLDS”. (Gregg Braden refers to this information in his book “Walking between the words, The Science of Compassion.”)

We are now in that time and WE ARE THE GENERATION REFERRED TO!

The Mayans created their calendar some 18,000 years ago – and it ends in December 2012. They stated that from July 1992 to December 2012 we would enter a period that they refer to as “NO TIME” during which there will be a realignment of systems of time.

In 1979, the Hopi Elders shared their prophesies for the first time in 1000 years. They shared a story of a carving in a rock, signifying a time split. One split takes us on a path of fear, greed and corruption. It shows this path running smoothly for a time then it leads to total destruction. The other path is of love, compassion and trust leading to what we might call nirvana, or Heavenly peace.

This can be a time of fear and destruction of the world as we know it, or it can be a time to heal ourselves, the planet and a time for rejoicing.

Have you noticed the magnitude of fear around you? Our “stuff” is coming up for us to look at. I am finding more and more that people are reaching out – feeling that there is something missing, that there is more to life, yet not sure how to make changes. They are finding that what was acceptable before seems to be falling apart and just “settling” is no longer a path they want to take. Something deep within us knows it must Awaken. Yet so many are stuck in fear and don’t know how to move forward. This can feel very frightening because we have layers of fear to move through. The amazing thing is that most of these fears are what we have taken on from others, and it is all an illusion based on our perceptions! It has been said that 98 percent of our fears are not even our own.

We are bio-energetic beings, meaning we are like two-way radios. We pick up thoughts, which are electromagnetic, and we send out thoughts. Because each of these thoughts is electromagnetic, we attract to us the vibrations that match what we send. If we are holding on to fear, which has a dense vibration, we therefore attract more fear which then escalates our own, bouncing back and forth as we experience the magnification of fear! Also, because there is so much fear “out there” - we then “feel this in our bodies”, and believe that it is ours. When we are in fear we miss the messages that are being given to us each day – the synchronicities, the signs that guide us. We become stuck not unlike the child that reaches out for its abusive mother, because that is all it knows as love.

There is a great teaching from the “Essenes” who were a remarkable group of people who lived before and during the time of Christ. One of their roles was to go out into the world and share compassion. Christ was an “Essene” Master.

They gave us great insight as to how to step into our “Mastery”, to “Awaken”, to move through the blocks in our life. They shared with us that we are all born into a “mirroring” process - that the people and situations in our lives mirror to us what we need to understand about ourselves. When we feel a “trigger” or a “charge” this promises there is something we need to look at within ourselves. We are all mirrors for each other. What we see in another that we do not like, or which annoys us, is what we need to look at within ourselves. Yet, we are often frightened or react with anger and we want to either banish the person from our presence or run away from them. The mirror is also seeing the beauty and strength in another, which is also who we are as we would otherwise not see it, as it serves us as a reminder to be gentle with ourselves.

The Essenes share that we are all born through three universal fears – the fear of Abandonment, the fear of Self-worth, and the fear of trust. (I go into more detail about this teaching in my weekend seminar – “THE MIRRORS OF RELATIONSHIPS”)

It is now time to Awaken from our state of ‘somnambulism’ – a sleepwalk state. It is time to remember who you really are! So many of us have been feeling this, and in order to do so, our fears are coming up for us to look at. (You use this exact phrase already above, and the meaning of this sentence in red is unclear to me) The people and situations in our life are here to show us what we need to clear. Whether that is to speak our truth – with compassion and without attachment, or to own our power, to set boundaries, to be gentle with ourselves and allow ourselves to receive, or whatever it is for you. We seem to be faced with more challenges. What we ignored before is coming right back at us. In order to transcend our fears, we need to face and embrace them.

For many, and I include myself, we have a tendency to want to help others get through their “stuff” often at our own expense. Something I have had to remember and I will now share with you is, “YOU ARE HERE TO SERVE, NOT TO SAVE.”

The “Course in Miracles” states: “Who would attempt to fly with the tiny wings of a sparrow when the mighty power of an eagle has been given him?”

I am grateful for the many teachings and learning’s I have experienced. I am especially thankful for the tools I have been given to help me transcend these fears, and the strength they have given me to face the challenges and “storms” in my life. I feel blessed to share these tools in my seminars and classes, especially in “THE POWER OF INTUITION” extensive (or intensive?) training.

My reward is to see “the light” of awakening, remembering, shining in the eyes of those that bless me with their presence.

The following piece speaks volumes:

“HOPI ELDERS SPEAK"

"You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour.
And there are things to be considered:
Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.
This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle
of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally.
Least of all, ourselves.
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we've been waiting for."

ModifyMAGICAL LIFETIME ADVENTURE
“THE DOLPHIN RETREAT”

Have you ever wondered about the magical joy that exists in the wide-eyed inquisitive mind of a child? Do you question as an adult if this mystical incisive curiosity and zest to experience the joy of life dies?

That mystical magic lies waiting dormant and if one opens up to the experience of feeling joy, it bursts and blossoms like that of a crocus on a warm spring afternoon. I found that feeling, that sense of wonder and joy of just purely being alive when I treated myself to “The Dolphin Retreat” that I attended just this past February.

For one whole week eleven other participants and myself experienced the majesty of all the beautiful energies of the Big Island of Hawaii. We stayed in an exquisite guest home nestled on a point of a serene aqua green bay. Our days were filled with sensuous adventures, informative guest speakers, delightful entertainers, and sumptuous gourmet vegetarian meals. Each aspect of the retreat thoughtfully planned to engage one into the alluring energies of all that is to experience on this paradise island.

The dawning of each day began with a short meditation, a communal message of thanks for the grace of a new day and a silent offering to the sea gods for the grace of the presence of the dolphins. Snorkel gear in hand we would scamper down to the sea edge. Skillful swim assistants gently encouraged and aided those that struggled with trepidation of the water. Together in our pods we swam lazily in the cradle of the warm sea salt waters. Landlubbers and water babies alike delighted in the mysterious rapture of the under water world and all its life forms.

Just as it is respectful to honor human space, so too is it to honor the presence of the dolphins. Behold, as these beautiful angels of the sea invite you to play in their habitat, it is as magical as the birth of new life. I found myself in awe at the majesty of their presence and giggled in delight watching their joyful, playful antics.

Our afternoons and evenings were filled with still more gracious adventure. Walking barefoot on the sacred grounds of Hawaiian history, exploring the steaming volcanic rocks of a latent volcano, hiking through vast landscapes of dense tropical jungle and cascading waterfalls, and a boat excursion to visit the many resting spots of the humpback whale and bottle nosed dolphin. Guest local artists shared the nature of their creativity. Scientists, historians, painters, poets, musicians and healing artists unfolded the magic of this truly nurturing energy of the Hawaiian way of being.

The week came to an end and with regret we said our good-byes. Wistful nostalgia washed over each individual as we realized the incredible week that we had all experienced together. The Dolphin Retreat is a Gift of a Lifetime where one encounters the ultimate experience in playful union, not only with the dolphins, but also in connection with the SELF and all universal Oneness of Being.
